My contribution to the development and conduct of World Congress 4 on action learning and action reseach held in Cartagena, Colombia, South America.
This pictorial history is currently in production. It begins with my opening of the World Congress in my jeans (my luggage went “off-line”) as President of the Action Learning, Action Research and Process Management Association (ALARPM).
World Congress 4 on action learning and action research was attended by 1,800 participants from 61 countries.
The Congress was developed very much as a strategic alliance between ALARPM, Bogota University (Professor Emeritus Orlando Fals Borda – Convenor) and Cornell University. A Global Reference Group, incorporating world leaders in action learning and action research, provided oversight of the design and conduct of the Congress.
